3 Generations Hair and Body want to thank you for choosing us and want you to be satisfied. 3 Generations will gladly exchange your order however, we do not accept returns at this time.
DAMAGE /DEFECTED PRODUCTS
If you receive any products that are damaged or defected contact 3 Generations Hair and Body at firstname.lastname@example.org
Shipping cost is nonrefundable and the responsibility of the customer.
When making a return/ exchange the customer will be responsible for the shipping cost.
There will be 1-3 business days on all orders upon receipt of order. During the Holiday Season order will have approximate 1-4 business days upon receipt.
HOW TO EXCHANGE

All returns must be made within 30 days of your purchase. Processing time for returns will be within 7-10 business days for the time we receive your items. Then we will credit the card you originally used to make your purchase.
Items purchased on Amazon.com or a salon must be returned there. Please contact them about their policies.
Once your items arrive, check to see if you have any damages that may have occurred during shipping. If there are any, contact 3 Generations Hair and Body at firstname.lastname@example.org and our customer care team will respond to you Monday-Friday 9 a.m. – 5 p.m. (EST)
